Data we collect
We collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide via the "Work with us" form: first name, last name, email, phone number (optional), position of interest, availability, professional experience, and an optional CV file. We do not collect data in any other way: the website does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or any service that profiles users.
Purpose of processing
Data collected via the form is processed solely to evaluate your application and to contact you for a possible interview or update. It will not be used for marketing, profiling, or transferred to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent you provide by checking the box on the form, and on pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6 GDPR).
Retention period
Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date the application is received. After this period it is deleted, except where the relationship has evolved into an employment relationship, in which case the rules on retention of personnel records apply.
Data recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised personnel of Barrio Snc. For technical form transmission we use the hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (Data Processor under GDPR, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses for non-EU data transfer). No other recipients.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use any profiling or third-party cookies. Fonts are hosted directly on our domain (no Google Fonts CDN). We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking tool. For this reason no cookie banner is shown.
Your rights
At any time you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, receive a copy of the data in portable format, withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
